Be careful what you wish for

The news that rogue advisor Stewart Kennedy's companies have been shut down reminds us that you must take care who you take advice from. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

The Insolvency Service (Companies Investigation Branch) has been investigating the two-time bankrupt and the Court of Session has now wound up his Cost Reduction Services businesses. The Report is sobering reading.  

There is plenty of competent advice out there, and much of it is free. Speak to you Citizens Advice Bureau, or seek out an Insolvency Practitioner you can trust.
